New CMM machine and Profile Projector
We have invested in a new CMM machine, an Aberlink Axiom Too 600 CMM Fitted with a Renishaw PH10T Plus Probe Head.
This will greatly enhance our inspection facilities, allowing us to inspect complex precision parts and generate dimensional reports of the parts in a seamless manner.
It will particularly assist our Inspectors when inspecting a larger volume of the same part when 100% inspection is required.
APL also recently purchased a Baty SM350 FT2-E Optical Profile Projector with Baty Fusion Software V4 which will assist both our inspection and also our machine operators when checking the accuracy of complex precision machined parts
